Aaron Ridgway

Aaron is an entrepreneur with over twenty years of commercial experience including founding and providing start-up funding to a cloud-technology company and leading it. Processes he oversaw included growth, NZTE funding, IPO, globalisation, rationalisation and a successful exit to a Silicon Valley corporation. 

Scott Keon

Sales director

Scott Keon has over 35 years of experience in New Zealand’s telecommunications industry, serving as the Sales Director and a founding director of Vadacom, specialising in tailored communication solutions. 

Scott exemplifies a commitment to professional excellence and personal passion. 

Saffron Smith

Sales OPS Manager

Saffron oversees mobile and lead generation at Next Connect, managing hardware procurement, customer accounts, and new acquisitions. She trains and supports staff, keeps the CRM running smoothly, and ensures opportunities stay on track—all while driving growth and efficiency.

Lindsay Phillips

Chairman

Lindsay Phillips has been involved in private equity for over 35 years including 7 years with Price Waterhouse and  37 years in investment banking/private equity across the UK, Europe, USA and Australia including Managing Director of Lazard Australia Private Equity. Lindsay is now Managing Director of Phoenix Development Fund and Nightingale Partners.
